Hourly Rates
In order to accommodate parents as effectively as possible we only charge you for the hours your child is booked into nursery. We do not tie you into sessions and offer you the flexibility of bespoke hours. We charge an hourly rate for non funded hours and offer full time or term time places. We ask parents to state days and hours for their child, but will try to be flexible and change hours when needed.
Invoicing & Payment
Parents will be invoiced a month in advance with all hours and extra activities clearly explained. Each invoice must be paid by 10th of each month and any necessary changes will be credited to the following month.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfers and we do accept childcare vouchers from a variety of companies.
Funding
We accept all government funding from parents that are eligible. This funding entitles you to 15 or 30 hours free per week term time only. These hours can be stretched to all year round which is 11 or 22 hours per week. Any hours above funded hours are charged for. Funding is dependent on your eligibility. Consumable charge
You are asked to pay a voluntary contribution amount for any 2, 3, and 4 year old funding, charged at £1.25 per funded hour towards the costs of consumables and extras not covered by funding. The amount can be broken down as below:
- Enhanced learning opportunities - adult led activities, story sacks, name boards, visitors to Nursery - £0.55
- Celebrations - leavers' gifts, birthday cards, children's gifts, Sports day, Xmas party - £0.50
- Essentials - wipes, nappy creams, nappy sacks, tissues etc. - £0.20
Total: £1.25 per funded hour.
Meals
For all funded children, if you wish for your child to have a hot lunch, snacks or tea, there will be additional charge. There is also an option of breakfast before 8.30am which is an additional charge.
If your child is funded for any of their hours at nursery then you will be charged for food, the costs are:
- Breakfast 7.45-8.30: £1.00
- Snack (10am): 50p
- Lunch(12pm) £3.20
- Snack (2.30pm) 50p
- Tea (4pm) £2.50
